Disinfection of Outdoor and Indoor Areas

Disinfection

Regular disinfection is the only way to ensure our working area and our open public areas, parks, and streets, are cleaned and free of dangerous bacteria, viruses, and fungi.   Our machines allow you to distribute disinfectants both indoors and over large open surface areas. The disinfectant is atomized into a fine mist made up of tiny droplets.

This fine mist then settles over all surfaces, and thanks to its slow speed of sedimentation, it even reaches into very hidden corners.

Our Solutions for Protection against Viruses, Bacteria, and Fungi

We offer a range of application machines and disinfectants. Here you will find an overview of our products. Naturally, our machines are also available for rent.

Our worldwide partner network is also available to assist you at any time.

V12so

Solutions for Indoor Areas

The V12so is ideally suited for the distribution of disinfectant in indoor areas because it comes with a dosing pump that mixes the disinfectant perfectly. It has a reach of between 30 and 50 meters (and operates on two different levels of speed) and needs just 4 liters per minute. The V12so, with 60 dB (A,) is also exceptionally quiet.

The process uses only a small amount of liquid. It leaves no puddles on the floor and creates no problems for use in indoor areas.

V12s

Solutions for Outdoor Areas

For use in outdoor areas, we recommend the V12s, which comes fitted with a submersible pump. This machine, also with two levels of speed, can distribute the disinfectant over a distance of between 25 and 65 meters. Water consumption is about 16 - 110 l/min.

The V12s is a very robust machine, which can be mounted onto vehicles such as a pick-up or truck. It is very quiet while being operated, so it is excellent to use, also at night in residential areas.

Both variants are naturally also available as an all-in-one solution with a generator and water tank. In principle, we can adapt all solutions to suit the customer's needs.

The following kits are available in addition to the machines:

Disinfection Kit

Machine, submersible pump, and disinfectant

The machine can be purchased alone, or together with the submersible pump and disinfectant.

All-in-One Kit

Machine +Generator+Water Tank

The V12s or the V12so can be fitted with a generator and water tank, which enables the distribution of the disinfectant in areas where there is no water or electricity supply available.

Step by step instructions for disinfection with our machines

Instructions

  • Clear the hall or area of unauthorized persons
  • Switch off the fire alarm system
  • Personal protective equipment is recommended (FFP 2-3 mask, protective suit, glasses and protective gloves)
  • Spray the disinfectant for approx. 10 to 20 minutes into one section, then move on (time depends on the width of the area)
  • Throwing distance of the water mist: approx. 30 meters at low turbine speed (recommended), approx. 50 meters with higher speed
  • Do not spray directly on shelves and surfaces, but spray a few metres above it and let the mist make its ways slowly from above to bottom
  • Leave it for one hour
  • Ventilate well
  • Attention: Non-packaged food must be safely covered

Always work from the back to the front, spray the exit area last. Set up the machine approx. 30 metres from the end of the hall or site, set automatic rotation and spray for approx. 10 to 20 minutes. Repeat the process to the other end of the hall or terrain again and again. The staff carrying out the work should always be behind the machine.

The surfaces will not get wet, only moistened. After each use. the machine must be rinsed briefly with fresh water.

How does the disinfection process work?

The water mist principle also applies here: the disinfectant is atomized to create a very fine mist made up of extremely tiny droplets. This mist settles on all surfaces, cleaning it of bacteria, viruses, and fungi. Due to its slow sedimentation speed, the mist also penetrates right into very hidden corners.

This process uses such a small amount of liquid that there is no problem using it in indoor areas.
