First AirCore TAF for Luxembourg
CGDIS receives its first Magirus AirCore TAF35-C. The compact, remote-controlled firefighting robot features powerful turbine technology and is quickly operational thanks to its roll-off container.
TAF35-C reinforces the Selters fire department
In April 2025, the Selters fire department will receive the new Magirus AirCore TAF35-C, a versatile high-tech device for fires, hazardous material operations, and rough terrain. This important investment was made possible by the support of the Schütz company—a strong sign of regional solidarity.
Delivery of 20 AirCore TAF60-X to the Saudi Electricity Company
20 Magirus AirCore TAF60-X firefighting robots were delivered to the Saudi Electricity Company in early 2025. They are intended to specifically support fire safety and emergency response in critical infrastructures throughout the Kingdom.
AirCore TAF35-C for Vasai-Virar
In March 2025, the Vasai-Virar Municipal Corporation (VVMC) in India received a Magirus AirCore TAF35-C to enhance fire suppression and air quality in urban areas. This mobile firefighting solution combines powerful water mist technology with high maneuverability, enabling efficient fire control and emission reduction.
New TAF60 for the Böblingen fire department
A Magirus AirCore TAF60 firefighting robot was recently handed over to the Böblingen (Germany) fire brigade. It will be used for recovering vehicles, for general firefighting and will also increase the safety of the emergency services.
AirCore TAF firefighting robot to support Ukrainian firefighters
A TAF firefighting robot was recently delivered to Ukraine to improve the safety of local firefighters in the war zone.
20 AirCore TAF60-X firefighting robots for Saudi Arabia
In December 2024, the delivery of 20 Magirus AirCore TAF60-X tracked vehicles to the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) was completed. As water mist does not conduct electricity, the vehicles can also be used safely in electrical or high-voltage areas.
Five more AirCore TAF35 firefighting robots for Vietnam
In April 2024, five additional Magirus AirCore TAF35 firefighting robots were handed over to the Ministry of Public Security in Vietnam. These robots will be used to optimize firefighting and emergency response in the country.

AirCore TAF35-C for Sarasdorf volunteer fire department
A Magirus AirCore TAF35-C firefighting robot has been in use at the Sarasdorf volunteer fire department in Austria since February 2024. The robot is equipped with various options, e.g. forklift kit.
Six firefighting robots reinforce the fire department in Japan
Since January 2024, six Magirus AirCore TAF35 firefighting robots have been in use at various fire stations in Japan, including FW Sapporo, FW Tokyo, FW Nagoya, FW Osaka, FW Hiroshima and FW Fukuoka. The modern robots support firefighting in urban areas.
TAF35 extinguishing robot in use in France
Since November 2023, the SDIS du Nord (59) in France has been using the Magirus AirCore TAF35 firefighting robot for efficient firefighting. This modern robot strengthens the emergency services and improves safety in difficult fire situations.
Schwarz GmbH & Co KG relies on the AirCore TAF35
Schwarz GmbH & Co KG in Germany has been using the Magirus AirCore TAF35 extinguishing robot to fight fires since October 2023. The vehicle enables a rapid response to fire incidents and thus contributes to improving safety measures in the company.
AirCore TAF60 for the MiRO plant fire department
In July 2023, the MiRO plant fire department in Germany received the Magirus AirCore TAF60 extinguishing robot. The vehicle provides effective support in firefighting and is ideally suited for use in more demanding conditions.
New technology for the Infraserv Höchst plant fire department
Since May 2023, the Infraserv Höchst plant fire department in Germany has had the Magirus AirCore TAF35 firefighting robot at its disposal. This special vehicle improves firefighting and increases safety during industrial operations.
Efficient firefighting at Evonik Operations
Evonik Operations GmbH (Herne-Witten) has been using the Magirus AirCore TAF35 firefighting robot in Germany since May 2023. This state-of-the-art vehicle improves fire protection and ensures even more efficient firefighting.
Double delivery of AirCore TAF35/35-C goes to Japan
In March 2023, two Magirus AirCore TAF35-C and TAF35 firefighting robots were delivered to Japan. The Tokyo Fire Brigade will use the special firefighting vehicle for operations from now on.
Sarnen receives AirCore TAF35-C extinguishing robot
Since March 2023, the Sarnen fire department in Switzerland has been equipped with the Magirus AirCore TAF35-C firefighting robot. This special vehicle supports firefighting and ensures greater safety in difficult operations.
AirCore TAF35-C in use on Madeira
The Madeira Regional Civil Protection Service has been using the Magirus AirCore TAF35-C firefighting robot since February 2023. This special vehicle is used to fight fires and for special operations in the Portuguese vacation region.
AirCore TAF35 goes to Mistelgau
The Mistelgau fire department in Germany has had a Magirus AirCore TAF35 firefighting robot as part of its fleet for firefighting and special operations since December 2022.
Firefighting robots in China
In order to better protect the densely populated state of China from fires, the government has been pushing the development and use of innovative firefighting solutions (be it stationary as well as mobile) for years. AirCore TAF35 in use in Macao
Since October 2022, the Fire Services Bureau Macau has been in possession of a Magirus AirCore TAF35, which is deployed in the Macao SAR area in China.
The first FireBull goes to Brazil
The Brazilian state of Ceará receives its first FireBull. A delegation of high-ranking representatives of the governor, fire departments and partners attended the technical acceptance and handover of the world's first AirCore tracked firefighting vehicle.
Two AirCore TAF35 for Saudi Arabia
In June 2022, two Magirus AirCore TAF35 and TAF35-C firefighting robots were handed over to the Saudi Electricity Company and have since been used to fight fires on site.
AirCore MFT60-H turbine firefighting vehicle for InfraServ Wiesbaden
In May 2022, InfraServ Wiesbaden in Germany took delivery of the Magirus AirCore MFT60-H turbine extinguishing vehicle. This vehicle, equipped with a water mist turbine for mobile use, enables a rapid and effective response to large fires.
AirCore TAF35 for Ceará
In November 2021, the Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Ceará will take delivery of a Magirus AirCore TAF35-C firefighting robot, which will be in operations in Brazil from now on.
Austrian Power Grid AG - Volunteer Fire Department Zurndorf
The second extinguishing robot Magirus AirCore TAF35 has been delivered to Austrian Power Grid AG in 2021. From now on, the Zurndorf volunteer fire department will ensure fire protection at APG's local substation.

A new 380/220 kV transformer was purchased at the Obersielach substation in 2017. As the large transformer is filled with around 70 tons of oil, it must be cooled quickly and, above all, efficiently in the event of a fire. The heart of the extinguishing concept is the Magirus AirCore TAF35.

The fire department of the Wacker chemical plant in Upper Bavaria has two Magirus AirCore firefighting robots in its fleet.
Six TAF20 tracked vehicles to protect the Chinese metro
In April 2019, we delivered another six TAF20 tracked vehicles to Nanchang. A total of several dozen EmiControls firefighting robots are already in use in China. Nanchang has purchased six tracked vehicles with extinguishing turbines to protect the local subway from fires.
FT20h turbine at the Milazzo refinery
The FT20h turbine, mounted on a 3-axle vehicle, supports firefighting at the Milazzo refinery in Italy. With its powerful water mist turbine, it helps to quickly bring fires under control and increase safety in sensitive industrial plants.
AirCore TAF20 in action in Melbourne
Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) is one of the world's largest urban fire and rescue services and the busiest in Australia. One of the first TAF20s joined the fleet for special operations in 2015.
TT20h for the professional fire department in Bolzano
In collaboration with the local professional fire department, our first firefighting turbine with hydraulic drive was installed on a 4-axle vehicle in 2013. It has been in successful use ever since.
