Areas of Application: Firefighting with Water Mist
Water mist is a very versatile and particularly safe way of firefighting. Since our turbines can operate either as stationary fire protection and as mobile firefighting units - in the form of firefighting robots and fire truck solutions, there is a whole range of possible areas of application.
Water mist is very efficient in fighting fires because it has an excellent cooling effect and is able to render the fire inert. Additional positive side effects include the fact that water mist dampens down pollutant particles, can provide increased safety for firefighting personnel, and cools objects down.
