As part of the reorganization of sales operations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, EmiControls has entered into new partnerships since October 2024 in order to serve our customers even more directly and efficiently.
Switzerland
Since March 2025, Hydremag AG from Waldstatt has been our exclusive trading partner for the whole of Switzerland.
Germany – Regional local partners
For the German market, we are now working with strong trading partners in the following regions:
- Bavaria: Hydraulik-Paule GmbH & Co. KG and Paules Mietpark GmbH
- East: BAV Baumaschinen – Abbruchtechnik – Vermietungs GmbH
- West: BSF Aufbereitungstechnik GmbH
- North: TIRS Abbruch und Recycling GmbH
- In Baden-Württemberg, we use different partners depending on the situation.

Service and maintenance in Germany
In Germany, almost 2,000 mobile devices (including L3, V7, V12s, V22) and hundreds of stationary systems from EmiControls are in use. Until now, service calls were handled by our headquarters in Bolzano. In order to be even faster and closer to our customers, we have gained an experienced service partner in Michael Sauter Elektrotechnik from Ulm.
Michael Sauter has been familiar with our systems for many years and will now take over maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Customers can easily submit inquiries online using the new digital inquiry tool (service-sauter.de) – fast, user-friendly, and with direct feedback.

Michael Sauter works closely with our trading partners, provides support in more complex cases, and also takes on special services such as UVV inspections, electrical installations of stationary systems, and on-site assembly.
With the targeted expansion of our trade and service network throughout the DACH region, we are sending a clear signal of customer proximity, efficiency, and fast support. Our customers benefit from even better accessibility and direct technical support on site.
Fall promotion 2025 – Service at special rates
To highlight our new and particularly advantageous service and sales situation for customers, EmiControls, together with its trading partners and master electrician Michael Sauter, is launching an exclusive service promotion in fall 2025.
For a limited period, our customers will benefit from reduced prices on all spare parts for our systems and on services.
