To ensure that our customers can access our dust suppression solutions and technical support even faster and more directly, we have strategically expanded our sales and service network throughout the DACH region in recent months.
In Germany, we are particularly pleased to welcome a strong new partner in the service sector: Michael Sauter Elektrotechnik. Having already gained extensive experience with our dust suppression systems, they will now take over customer support for maintenance, repairs, and inspections of dust suppression units as a direct local contact.
Through the new digital request tool on the Elektro Sauter website, service requests can be submitted quickly and easily online – user-friendly and with immediate feedback. Whether it’s an urgent fault, a planned maintenance appointment, or a pressing repair: customers receive the necessary technical support in the shortest possible time.
The family business Elektro Sauter has stood for reliable solutions in electrical engineering for over 40 years. Founded in 1983 by Hans Sauter, it is now run in the second generation by Michael Sauter – with a clear focus on commercial customers and practical, solution-oriented services. Recently, Michael Sauter visited us in Bolzano for technical training.
