Hydremag AG – New distribution partner for EmiControls
EmiControls is pleased to welcome Hydremag AG as a competent and motivated new partner in Switzerland. To kick off the collaboration, three dust suppression machines were delivered: the L3, V7, and V12s. These use finely atomized water mist to provide effective dust control – and are now available to Hydremag for handling initial customer inquiries.
The launch was immediately used to optimally prepare the entire Hydremag team for the application and sales of the systems. In the morning, sales and technical staff received comprehensive training on handling and application possibilities of the machines. In the afternoon, a targeted introduction for the management team followed, focusing on market understanding and strategic consulting skills.
A special highlight was a live demonstration of the dust suppression machines, which further deepened the understanding of the operation and benefits of the devices.
The practical training was accompanied by a presentation about EmiControls, the growing dust suppression market, as well as the diverse application areas and solution approaches. The goal is that Hydremag’s customers are expertly advised from the outset and equipped with the best possible solution for their specific situation.
This customer-oriented mindset will also be the focus of the next training session – at Hydremag as well as at other international partners of EmiControls.
